My approach to leadership has been honed over two decades working with thousands of leaders and teams across over 80 countries to deliver impact strategies and programming that resonate deeply at all levels of stakeholders. I also draw on insight from my executive experience as Vice President of a global non-profit to provide you with a strategic partnership that empowers leadership potential.

I am certified in various coaching modalities and assessment systems that allow me to access a wealth of tools that I apply as a leadership coach, trainer, facilitator, & consultant.

I believe that high-quality coaching is for all leaders regardless of resources.  As a practice, I commit to donating at least five coaching hours a month to leaders around the world who otherwise would not have access to expert partnering in working towards greater clarity, purpose, and transformation.
